Wear-resistant ceramic pipes, also known as wear-resistant ceramic composite pipes, are high-performance composite pipes with a core lining made from high-purity aluminum oxide ceramics. These pipes are firmly bonded to an external steel pipe using special adhesives. The ceramic lining is made from a material with 92% or 95% aluminum oxide content, sintered at temperatures above 1700°C, providing a structure with high hardness close to diamond and a dense structure. The wear resistance of these pipes can be more than 9 times greater than that of ordinary metal pipes, making them suitable for use in highly abrasive and corrosive industrial material transportation environments.
These pipes offer excellent overall performance: the ceramic lining has a smooth surface with a low friction coefficient, effectively reducing transport resistance and material blockages. They are resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and have strong chemical stability. The temperature range is broad, allowing the pipes to operate stably in environments ranging from -50°C to 750°C. The structural design is flexible, providing various ceramic joint forms such as trapezoidal, welded, groove interlocking, and dovetail self-locking, adapting to different pressure and impact conditions.
