The NZB Series Cast Stone Wear-resistant Gate Valve features tight sealing, high wear resistance, and flexible operation. It also has the self-cleaning function for removing ash and slag from the gate slot, which changes the traditional sealing method. The valve uses our company’s patented sealing technology (system pressure self-expanding tight seal technology), achieving the special effect of no leakage at low pressure and no seepage at high pressure. The valve's front and rear flow paths, as well as the gate plate, are made of high-wear-resistant cast stone and water-resistant alloy cast steel. This valve integrates various advanced technologies and has a service life more than 30 times longer than ordinary valves when used in slurry and hard slurry transport systems.
