When mixed with cast stone sand, cast stone aggregates, and binders such as furan resin, unsaturated resin, etc., it can be compacted into a wear-resistant and anti-corrosive concrete, which not only has the wear and corrosion resistance of cast stone but also has good impact toughness and high mechanical strength. Based on customer requirements, cast stone powder is used as the raw material to produce various types of mortars, such as sodium silicate mortar, epoxy resin mortar, furan mortar, etc.Common specifications for cast stone powder: 80 mesh to 200 mesh.

    Furan Resin Mortar:

    Furan resin is a general term for resins made from furan rings, using furfural and furfuryl alcohol as raw materials. Furan resin mortar is made by mixing furan resin and mortar powder. Furan resin mortar has good adhesion, long-term curing at elevated temperatures, and is easy to apply. After curing, furan resin mortar has excellent acid and alkali resistance, as well as alternating acid-alkali resistance. It is mainly used in the construction and jointing of wear-resistant linings in power plants, coke plants, as well as in chemical plants for various reactors, storage tanks, wastewater treatment, and waste acid recovery projects.

    Water Glass Mortar:

    Water glass-based anti-corrosion materials are made using water glass (sodium silicate or potassium silicate) as a binder, sodium fluorosilicate as a curing agent, and adding acid-resistant fillers and other ingredients to form an acid-resistant material. Water glass mortar materials mainly include sodium water glass mortar and potassium water glass mortar. Components made with it have high strength, good wear resistance, and can withstand corrosion from strong acids and alkalis, making it a standard industrial anti-corrosion material. It is widely used in chemical, metallurgical, power, mining, construction, and light textile industries.

    Epoxy Resin Mortar:

    Epoxy resin mortar is a high-polymer modified polymer waterproofing and anti-corrosion material. It has durability, impermeability, compactness, excellent adhesion, and strong waterproof and anti-corrosion properties. It can withstand corrosion from pure alkali production media, urea, ammonium nitrate, seawater, hydrochloric acid, and acid-alkaline salts. It is suitable for treating building walls and floors and providing waterproofing for underground engineering.
