The bonded wear-resistant ceramic lining is a special corundum ceramic product made from high-purity aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) and sintered at high temperatures. It is firmly bonded to the surface of the equipment with a special adhesive, forming a highly efficient wear-resistant protective layer, combining excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, and ease of installation.
This lining has extremely high hardness, with a Rockwell hardness of HRA 80-90, second only to diamond. Its theoretical wear resistance can be more than 260 times greater than manganese steel and more than 170 times greater than high-chromium cast iron, significantly extending the service life of equipment under harsh operating conditions. The product also has outstanding high-temperature resistance, with the inorganic adhesive being able to withstand temperatures up to 750°C, and the organic adhesive being stable at temperatures up to 350°C. At the same time, the lining has good chemical corrosion resistance and can achieve a certain level of mechanical impact resistance through structural design and material optimization.
Currently, this product is widely used in industries such as steel, power, coal, cement, and others, for material transport pipelines, powder separation equipment, fan blades, and other wear-prone parts, becoming one of the key materials in the industrial wear protection field.
