Cast stone plates are not only used as wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials in various equipment, but they are also materials with flame retardant and fireproof properties. In the transportation of flammable materials such as coal, cast stone plates not only protect the equipment from wear but also help prevent potential disasters caused by accidental combustion of materials.
In industries such as metallurgy, mining, power, and chemicals, cast stone plates can be applied to various storage or transportation equipment like chutes, silos, hoppers, dust collectors, cyclones, etc. These devices are subjected to prolonged friction from materials, leading to severe wear, which requires frequent shutdowns for maintenance. The use of wear-resistant materials for internal linings can completely solve this problem.
Since the size and shape of the equipment vary, cast stone plates of different shapes need to be installed fully in the equipment to ensure more rigorous protection from wear. Cast stone plates are categorized into three main types: regular, irregular, and special shapes. Regular plates include rectangular, trapezoidal, hexagonal, sector-shaped, and circular plates. Irregular plates include arc-shaped plates, chute lining plates, and straight channel lining plates for ash and slag. Special-shaped plates include hyperbolic plates, conical plates, screen grid cast stone plates, as well as plates for ash and slag channels with bends, diameter changes, junctions, bifurcations, and trifurcations. The many varieties of equipment lining cast stone plates fall under these categories.
