Basalt cast stone pipes are manufactured using centrifugal casting. Molten magma is poured into a high-speed rotating centrifugal machine under near-vacuum conditions. After crystallization within a set time, the cast stone pipe is removed from the centrifuge and enters an annealing kiln. Basalt cast stone pipes offer excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
As linings for hydraulic or pneumatic transportation pipelines of abrasive or corrosive materials, basalt cast stone effectively protects the pipes and extends their service life.
