The NQ Series Cast Stone Wear-resistant Ball Valve is a high-wear-resistant, special sealing hard slurry system shutoff valve. This valve combines advanced domestic and international ball valve technologies with the company’s patented sealing technology and high-wear, acid-resistant basalt cast stone, creating a new type of valve. It is primarily used in the ash removal and slag discharge systems of thermal power plants, tailings discharge systems in mines, and in industries such as oil, chemicals, and water treatment for medium transport.
The key features of this valve include: flexible switching, ease of operation, high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and a tight seal that ensures zero leakage. Since its introduction in 1990, this valve has been used in hundreds of thermal power plants. After more than a decade of practical application, it has proven to offer reliable switching, long-lasting wear resistance, and a service life that is more than thirty times longer than ordinary valves.
