Annoucement of Review Results for Compound Cast Stone Straight Pipe/Φ273*5/DN200 (Beilun Yifa)

To all bidders: The evaluation result of WZJM-2018090520 [Compound cast stone straight pipe/Φ273*5/DN200 (North Lun Yi Fa)] is announced as follows after expert review: 

I. Announcement period: 2018-10-22 

II. Preferred supplier: Penglai Hua'an Cast Stone Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. III. If any bidder has any complaints about the evaluation results, they can complain to the Procurement and Material Management Department of China Guodian Group Corporation within 10 days after the end of the announcement period. 

The following is an explanation of how to file a complaint: 

(I) The real-name entity filing the complaint should be the bidder or other interested party; 

(II) Complaints should be submitted by email (scanned copy of the stamped original) in real names and should include the following: 1. Name, address and effective contact information of the complainant; 2. Inquiry number, inquiry name, project manager's name, and project manager's unit of the complained project; 3. Basic facts of the complaint; 4. Effective clues and relevant supporting materials. 

(III) If the complainant is a legal person, the complaint letter must be signed and stamped by its legal representative or authorized representative; if other organizations or individuals complain, the complaint letter must be signed by the main person in charge or the complainant himself, and a copy of a valid identity document must be attached. 

(IV) If the complaint is not filed in accordance with the above provisions, it will be deemed an invalid complaint and will not be accepted.
