To all bidders: WZJM-2018090520 [Composite Cast Stone Straight Pipe / Φ273 × 5 / DN200 (Beilun No. 1)]—following review and evaluation by a panel of experts, we hereby announce the results of the evaluation as follows:
I. Notice Period: 2018-10-22
II. Preferred Contracting Supplier: Penglai Hua’an Cast Stone Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. III. If any bidder has complaints about the evaluation results, they may file a complaint with the Procurement and Materials Management Department of China Guodian Corporation within 10 days following the end of the announcement period.
The following explanation is provided regarding the relevant complaint:
(1) The entity filing the complaint in its real name shall be the bidder or other interested party.
(2) Complaints shall be submitted in writing via email (with a scanned copy of the original stamped document) under the complainant’s real name and must include the following information: 1. The complainant’s name, address, and valid contact information; 2. The inquiry number, inquiry name, project manager’s name, and the project manager’s organization for the project being complained about; 3. The basic facts underlying the complaint; 4. Valid leads and relevant supporting documentation.
(3) If the complainant is a legal entity, the complaint must be signed and stamped by its legal representative or authorized representative. For complaints filed by other organizations or individuals, the complaint must be signed by the principal person in charge or the complainant themselves, and accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document.
(4) Any complaint not filed in accordance with the above-mentioned provisions shall be deemed invalid and will not be accepted.
