Results Announcement
To all bidders:
The procurement project for composite cast stone elbows and other components of Guodian Zhejiang Beilun No.1 Power Generation Co., Ltd. (WZJM-WZXJ-2019010416), after being reviewed by a panel of experts, is hereby announced as follows:
I. Preferred Supplier: Penglai Hua'an Cast Stone Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd.
II. Notice Period: February 23, 2019 to February 26, 2019
3. If any bidder has a complaint about the evaluation results, they may file a complaint with the Procurement and Materials Management Department of China Guodian Corporation within 10 days following the end of the announcement period.
The following explanation is provided regarding the complaint:
(1) The entity filing the complaint in its real name shall be the bidder or other interested party.
(2) Complaints must be submitted in writing via email (with a scanned copy of the original stamped document) and must include the following information:
1. The complainant’s name, address, and valid contact information;
2. The inquiry number, inquiry name, project manager’s name, and project manager’s organization of the complained-about project;
3. The basic facts of the complaint;
4. Valid leads and relevant supporting documentation.
(3) If the complainant is a legal entity, the complaint must be signed and stamped by its legal representative or an authorized representative. For complaints filed by other organizations or individuals, the complaint must be signed by the principal person in charge or the complainant themselves, and accompanied by a copy of valid identification.
(4) Complaints not filed in accordance with the above-mentioned provisions shall be deemed invalid and will not be accepted.
