Jacketed cast stone products are special cast stone parts. It is made by pouring cast stone magma in the sandwich of a double-layer steel shell, crystallizing and annealing it. Jacketed cast stone is integrally cast, seamless, does not require bonding and lining, is easy to assemble, disassemble and transport, and is reliable in use. It has been widely used in conveying materials with serious corrosion and in equipment such as hydraulic flow collectors and spiral dust collectors, especially in elbow parts. Jacketed cast stone products have the excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance of cast stone. Their use can greatly extend the life of equipment, reduce maintenance, and improve efficiency.
Jacketed cast stone elbows can be butt welded or connected with flanges.
The thickness of the cast stone layer is required to be greater than 30mm (t1, ≥ t2, t2 ≥ 30mm). The remaining technical parameters are according to user requirements.
