Cast stone composite elbow
Thin-walled basalt cast stone composite pipes are composed of outer steel pipes, inner cast stone pipes, and cement mortar filling in the middle. It combines the toughness of steel pipes, the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of cast stone, and the consolidation of cement mortar. It greatly improves the product's adaptability to various complex working conditions. At the same time, using cement mortar as a filling material can keep the inner surface of the steel pipe in an alkaline medium and produce a purification film on the surface of the steel pipe to prevent corrosion. In conditions where the medium running speed does not exceed 10m/s and the density does not exceed 2g/cm3, the service life of the pipeline is generally not less than 50 years and is extremely convenient to transport and install.
Cast stone composite pipes are divided into cast stone composite straight pipes, cast stone composite bent pipes, cast stone composite tees (four-way), cast stone reducers and other special-shaped pipe fittings.
Cast stone composite pipes can be connected with flanges, quick-fit joints, or butt welding. The diameter series of cast stone composite bent pipes are the same as those of cast stone composite straight pipes, and their turning radius and center angle are made according to user requirements.
The technical parameters of cast stone composite pipe outer steel pipe are determined according to the operating pressure of the pipeline system.
