Better wearable performance:The wearable ceramic layer in wearable ceramic lined steel bent is wearable engineering ceramic. Its hardness is (HRA)≥B4.Its abrasive performance is more than 10 times higher than performance of high-chromium cast iron alloy pipe fittings. It is adopted 5mm layer of ceramic and the usful wearble life is equivalent to wearable cast steel.

products structure:
Make small square special ceramic tile stick to gummed paper. Then, organic and inorganic combination of high temperature adhesives is used. At last, ceramic tiles are sticked directly to steel plates in inside shell of equipments. Cured by heating, firm abrasive-preventing coating is formed.

products use:
This kind of products can be in ≤ 300℃ condition for a long time and products can not become aging and ecclasis. It can be used widely as abrasive-preventing lining in pipeline of pneumatic conveying powders.

Such as powder system in thernal power plant, export pipeline in coal mill, thick and thin powder seperator, airpipe bent, draught fan , ash exhauster of inside shell, air preheater, flue at the rear medium speed coal cone and so on. Also, it can be used as abrasive-preventing lining in dedusting systerm of smelting plant of smelting plant, airpipe bent of smelting plant.
